It’s been a while now since we first uploaded an initial version of sensiPhy, our R-package to perform sensitivity analyses in phylogenetic comparative methods, but we have now uploaded a full new version to CRAN! Thanks to the other great members of the sensiPhy team, Gustavo Paterno and Caterina Penone!

The new version of sensiPhy (0.8.0), can do a lot of additional cool things, such as analyse the interactions between different types of uncertainty (phylogenetic, data, sampling), sensitivity analyses of macro-evolutionary models of trait evolution and diversification rates.

You can find the package here, and the tutorial here. The associated manuscript is in (hopefully) final review, and we hope will be out soon too.
