Phylogenetic comparative methods have become one of the most important tools in evolutionary biology and ecology. Yet, accounting for uncertainty in phylogenies, species sampling our data can be difficult. Our new R-package tries to remedy that by providing a simple, easy-to-use set of tools to perform sensitivity analysis of comparative methods.

The associated paper has finally been published in Methods in Ecology and Evolution recently and you can download the most recent CRAN release directly from R.
